technical-based texts.

The toy which you designed and which you have been working on is almost complete. Soon, it will be sent to the production line for serial production. However, before that, you need to provide the Marketing Department of the company with very detailed information so that they can design a marketing strategy - together with advertising options, price ranges for different periods of the year, etc.
You were introduced to the director of the Marketing Department, Mary O'Connell, in a company meeting several weeks ago but she might not remember your name or your position in the company because there were many new employees present at the meeting.
